Each location or asset is assigned a unique QR code or beacon that triggers task-specific checklists or log sheets based on the required frequency (hourly, 4/8/12 hours). These QR codes are fixed in specific zones like restrooms, equipment rooms, or common areas and display predefined activity sets for the scanned slot.
M&E departments scan log sheet QR codes fixed on critical equipment like chillers, DGs, and transformers. Input parameters are validated against preset threshold limits. If a value is out of range, the system automatically sends an email alert with an RCA (Root Cause Analysis) link for immediate resolution and tracking.
When a task is marked "Not Completed" in the Digital Checklist mobile app, it automatically generates a support ticket in the iFaziDesk helpdesk module. The ticket is prioritized and tracked through the mobile app, ensuring quick attention by the maintenance or facility team.
Digital Checklists is tightly integrated with email and SMS services. Technicians and supervisors are alerted when checklists or logs are not submitted on time, while managers receive updates on completions. This ensures timely follow-up and visibility at all levels of the organization.
The platform features a dynamic dashboard that displays real-time percentages of completed vs. pending activities. This data rolls up into visual reports by day, week, month, or year, allowing management to measure operational efficiency and compliance over time.
