The Cloud-Based Building Management System
(cloudBMS) within iFaziG is a comprehensive solution designed to optimize the
performance of both high-side assets (such as Chillers, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and
Transformers) and low-side assets (such as Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), UPS, VAV, and VFD).
By leveraging IoT-enabled sensors and cloud-based automation, CloudBMS integrates and
automates the entire workflow of energy management, ventilation, and HVAC systems. This
enables real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy-efficient operations,
improving both operational efficiency and occupant comfort.

01Integration
of High-Side and Low-Side Assets
CloudBMS seamlessly integrates high-side
assets like Chillers, HVAC systems, DG sets, STP (Sewage Treatment
Plant), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and Transformers with low-side
assets like IAQ sensors, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), VAV
(Variable Air Volume) units, and VFD (Variable Frequency Drives). This
combination allows for centralized control and automation of all
building systems from a single cloud platform.

Workflow for IAQ, VAV, VFD, AHU, and Chillers
By combining IAQ, VAV, VFD, AHU (Air
Handling Unit), and Chillers, CloudBMS enables automatic adjustments to
indoor climate based on real-time environmental conditions. For example,
when more people are present in a space, the system automatically
increases airflow and chilled air output to ensure optimal comfort and
air quality without manual intervention.

06Indoor
Environmental Control (IAQ)
CloudBMS integrates IAQ sensors to
continuously monitor particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10), CO₂, temperature,
and humidity levels within the building. It then adjusts HVAC, VAV, and
AHU operations to ensure that indoor air quality is always within safe,
comfortable limits. When air quality decreases due to external factors
or increased occupancy, the system increases ventilation or activates
air purification systems.

Cloud-Based Control
All building systems, from high-side assets
to low-side sensors, are controlled via a cloud-based dashboard.
Facility managers can remotely monitor, control, and automate building
