About cloudBMS

The Cloud-Based Building Management System (cloudBMS) within iFaziG is a comprehensive solution designed to optimize the performance of both high-side assets (such as Chillers, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and Transformers) and low-side assets (such as Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), UPS, VAV, and VFD). By leveraging IoT-enabled sensors and cloud-based automation, CloudBMS integrates and automates the entire workflow of energy management, ventilation, and HVAC systems. This enables real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy-efficient operations, improving both operational efficiency and occupant comfort.

Awesome Features

01Integration of High-Side and Low-Side Assets

CloudBMS seamlessly integrates high-side assets like Chillers, HVAC systems, DG sets, STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and Transformers with low-side assets like IAQ sensors, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), VAV (Variable Air Volume) units, and VFD (Variable Frequency Drives). This combination allows for centralized control and automation of all building systems from a single cloud platform.

02 Automated Workflow for IAQ, VAV, VFD, AHU, and Chillers

By combining IAQ, VAV, VFD, AHU (Air Handling Unit), and Chillers, CloudBMS enables automatic adjustments to indoor climate based on real-time environmental conditions. For example, when more people are present in a space, the system automatically increases airflow and chilled air output to ensure optimal comfort and air quality without manual intervention.

03 Real-Time Monitoring of High-Side Assets

CloudBMS provides real-time monitoring of high-side assets like Chillers, HVAC, DG, STP, WTP, and Transformers. Alerts and status updates are delivered to facility managers for quick decision-making, ensuring that critical systems are always operational and efficiently managed.

04 Energy-Efficient Operations

CloudBMS optimizes energy consumption by controlling the operation of high-side assets and low-side systems based on real-time data. For instance, the system adjusts HVAC, Chiller, and VAV operations to maintain comfort while minimizing energy usage, leading to significant cost savings and sustainability benefits.

05Predictive Maintenance for High-Side Assets

The system uses predictive analytics to monitor the performance of high-side assets such as Chillers and HVAC systems. By analyzing usage data and performance trends, CloudBMS can predict potential failures and trigger maintenance alerts, helping to prevent unexpected breakdowns and extend asset lifespans.

06Indoor Environmental Control (IAQ)

CloudBMS integrates IAQ sensors to continuously monitor particulate matter (PM2.5, PM10), CO₂, temperature, and humidity levels within the building. It then adjusts HVAC, VAV, and AHU operations to ensure that indoor air quality is always within safe, comfortable limits. When air quality decreases due to external factors or increased occupancy, the system increases ventilation or activates air purification systems.

07Centralized Cloud-Based Control

All building systems, from high-side assets to low-side sensors, are controlled via a cloud-based dashboard. Facility managers can remotely monitor, control, and automate building operations from anywhere, enabling more flexible, responsive management and enhancing operational efficiency.

How it works

The Cloud-Based Building Management System (CloudBMS) uses IoT technology, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms to optimize building management processes, improve energy efficiency, and enhance occupant comfort. By automating the control of high-side and low-side assets, CloudBMS reduces manual intervention and provides real-time insights into building performance.

Integrate High-Side
and Low-Side Assets

CloudBMS integrates high-side assets (Chillers, HVAC, DG sets, etc.) with low-side assets (IAQ, UPS, VAV, VFD), creating a unified control platform that centralizes monitoring and management.

Automate (IAQ) and Ventilation

Using data from IAQ sensors, the system monitors indoor air quality parameters and adjusts HVAC, VAV, and AHU operations automatically based on occupancy levels and air quality.

Adjust Cooling and Airflow Based on Occupancy

When more people are present in the workplace, the system detects increased occupancy and automatically increases chilled air output and ventilation. This ensures optimal comfort and air quality without unnecessary energy consumption.

Energy Optimization
and Reporting

cloudBMS tracks energy usage across all systems, providing insights into areas where energy consumption can be reduced. Detailed reports on energy savings, asset performance, and building operations are generated to help managers make data-driven decisions.
